  • FRONT OF HOUSE – restaurant

  • Reservations Supervisor

    • Experienced & organised reservations supervisor with experience in managing restaurant booking systems
    • Manage all bookings, maximising table turnover and revenue
    • Co-ordinate bookings for the festive period
    • Support the restaurant’s marketing and Social Media activities
    • Smart, savvy techniques to ensure the restaurant is always buzzing

    Restaurant Hosts

    • Experienced hosts with at least 2 years’ experience in front of house role
    • Sparkling personality to portray a fantastic first and lasting impression of Soane’s Kitchen.
    • Experienced & organised host with a working knowledge of restaurant booking systems
    • Manage all bookings, maximising table turnover and revenue
    • Smart, savvy techniques to ensure the restaurant is always buzzing

FRONT OF HOUSE – BAR

Baristas

  • Experienced coffee magicians with at least 1 year in a busy café, brasserie or restaurant
  • Coffee lovers with charm and panache, even at 7.30 in the morning
  • Ensure high standards and educate team members and customers alike
  • Knowledgeable Barista ready to accomplish new & different requests

Bar Staff

  • Experienced mixologists preferred with 1 year of making / 2 years of drinking
  • Knowledgeable bar person including basic knowledge of wine 
  • Charismatic team player with charm and wit, even at 1.00am
  • Flexible attitude towards helping the wider team when needed

Sommelier

  • Experienced sommelier with at least 3 years in a London restaurant for evening service from 16:00 until late Tuesday – Saturday
  • Knowledgeable across all wines
  • Work alongside our in house experts to develop the wine list
  • Ensure high standards of wine service, educate and train team members

kitchen

Full-time Chef De Parties

  • An experienced CDP with at least 2 years’ restaurant experience 
  • Passion for British, Seasonal Produce
  • Experience preparing and presenting delectable brunches, lunches and dinner
  • Ensuring high standards both personally and within the whole kitchen team
  • Ability to balance excellence with efficiency
